Cured soft cheese, with a cylindrical shape. It has an irregular, not very compact and very unctuous texture and has truly unique characteristics, such as its buttery, well-bonded and creamy paste, deformable when cut and very soft to the palate.
It is characterized by its active, salty flavor and a distinctive aroma.
